TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Dear client, before contracting any service with SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l, we suggest you carefully read these terms and conditions and in accordance with Peruvian travel regulations, when booking a tour or hike with Isa SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l. You automatically adhere to these regulations which may differ slightly from your home country, so we suggest that you carefully read these terms and conditions described below. And if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our staff. After this, you will be ready to make your formal reservation with us.
BOOKINGS:
Once you have decided to make a formal reservation with SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l, you must fill out our online reservation form on our website for the tour or hike you wish to take, in which we request the following information: Full name as it appears on your Passport, (nicknames not accepted) Passport number (if you change your passport number after booking a tour, please inform us), age, nationality, phone number, gender, email, diet. Flight dates, arrival time in Cusco or other city covered by the booked tour, allergies, medical restrictions, or anything else you think is necessary for us to know.
RESERVATIONS FOR THE INCA TRAIL:
If you make a reservation for the Inca Trail, please note the following:
Before booking the Inca Trail, you must ensure the availability of spaces for the date you want to do this hike.
Once you have chosen a start date for the walk, you cannot change this start date.
Permits for the Inca Trail are not transferable to other people.
To book the Inca Trail you must send us a copy or photo of the passports of each member of your group.
You must send us a valid passport for the start date of your trek.
INITIAL DEPOSIT:
To have a formal reservation for any program, itinerary or tour with SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.a.c, you must send us a deposit as follows:
For any Inca Trail to Machu Picchu = $200 US dollars per person.
For any alternative hike = $200 US dollars per person.
For any Inca Trail to Machu Picchu + Huaynapicchu or Machupicchu Mountain = $270 US dollars per person.
For any Amazon Jungle Trip = $200 US dollars per person.
For any Peru Package = 40% of the total Package Price.
For any other tour = $200 US dollars per person.
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits to arrange a tour, hike or program are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person under any circumstances.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Dear Client SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l offers you 4 payment methods to make your initial deposit or to pay the rest of the total price of the tour, trek or reserved program.
THE FINAL PAYMENT:
You can make your final payment, 15 days before the start date of your tour, hike or program, you can use one of the 4 payment methods described above, you can also pay your final payment 5 days before your start date here on Cusco, it can be in cash, credit or debit cards.
Note: Once you make the final payment of the full price, if for any reason you decide to cancel your tour, hike or program, only 50% of the final payment will be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS:
At any time, the client/buyer may cancel the requested or contracted services without the right to any refund of the deposit made. The customer is only entitled to a 50 percent refund if he or she has made the final payment of the full price. According to our experience, a certain percentage of reservations are canceled by the client before starting the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
For any other Tour or Program: If you or anyone in your group wish to cancel any other tour or program, you must pay a penalty of 50% of the total price. For example the Machu Picchu by Train 2 Days and 1 Nights based on 2 people costs 480 $ per person, so 50% = 240 $ if you sent a deposit of 150 $ then the penalty will be 240 $ – 150 = 90 $
Note: You have up to 15 days before the start date of your tour to make any type of cancellation mentioned above. After 15 days, if you wish to make any type of cancellation of your tour, you must pay the full price of the tour, trek or reserved program and you will not be entitled to any type of refund. Additionally, if anyone in your group decides to cancel any tour or trek, he or she has to pay the full amount of the Tour or Trek Price, otherwise the other members of the group are required to pay the full price of the trek for the person who will cancel the tour or hike if the other members of the group wish to continue with the tour or hike. Otherwise, the tour or walk will be cancelled.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will retain the full amount and SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l is not responsible for the client’s failure to show up due to the delay or cancellation of their flight. The company is not responsible for damage or loss of luggage, accidents, unforeseen expenses and unavoidable delays, services provided by third parties or direct causes beyond our control. In the unfortunate event of a no-show due to unforeseen reasons, the company will provide a certificate to the client to process with their insurance company. This is any event that SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l cannot even with all care, foresee or avoid. This covers events such as war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, labor disputes, diseases, pandemics, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires or all similar events outside our control. In this case, SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l will not accept responsibility and reserves the right to change, postpone or even cancel the trips (this is the last option, of course!).
RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR TOURS, HIKE OR PROGRAMS
By booking any of our tours, treks or programs (Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Salkantay Trek, Ausangate Trek, Choquequirao Trek, Lares Trek, Manu Jungle Trips and more) you assume the risks associated with these tours, treks or programs, SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l does not accept any responsibility associated with the risks that these tours, walks or programs may have. (Accidents, strikes, earthquakes, climatic factors, safety conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits, health issues, among others) in addition, SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l exonerates us from liability in relation to legal matters or other inconveniences in the that the Client may be involved, as well as the personal expenses incurred by the passenger for this reason.
PRICES AND RATES
All prices and rates presented to the customer/buyer on our website are subject to change, availability and validity without prior notice. Restrictions and conditions apply to each published rate according to its validity.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER OR BUYER
Responsibilities and representations of the Client:
a) Verify that your passport has the minimum validity required for your trip according to the destination country.
b) The Client declares that he has no restriction on leaving the country due to criminal offenses, in accordance with the provisions of Peruvian Laws.
c) Declare to have been informed and to have received, understood and accepted all the Terms, conditions and restrictions on the services and products provided by SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l.
d) Accept these terms and conditions in full.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF US:
SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l is responsible for complying with everything offered in our tours, hikes, programs and tourist packages, described on our website, in addition to providing all the information required by the client. In case of force majeure, Local Trekkers Perú will do everything in our power to help our clients solve any inconvenience.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SAYRI PERU TRAVEL S.r.l, reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
